Shipping Policy

At Vedzone Derma, we aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across India, ensuring that we provide you with the highest levels of responsiveness.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to Vedzone Derma Warehouse for dispatch within 24 hrs after the order is placed. Then our shipping expert will hand over the packages to the courier company.

Shipping Time refers to the time it takes to ship the item from our warehouse to the destination. Order Deliveries will be made b/w 10 am - 7 pm Monday to Saturday. After processing and leaving the warehouse, the item usually takes 6-7 business days to arrive at the destination or long (depending upon the situation)

Vedzone Derma is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Vedzone Derma is not responsible for any damage during delivery.

A video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing items/leakage/breakage or damaged / incorrect product, has to be made.

In case of a package being tampered with/damaged/defective kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.

The amount of refund does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.

Any cash-on-delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer in the above manner within 7-14 working days.

If accepted, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by Vedzone Derma.
Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients and damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
In case of any fraudulent transactions or any misuse of the site, Vedzone Derma decision will be final for the cancellation of the order. Such customers who make any fraudulent transactions would be disallowed to access the site order placed and thus will be canceled.
